TICC-19 Myself and Bubbu Thava are proud to be colloborating with other colleagues on a service that has been so well received by our patients. Itโ€™s been an extremely rewarding learning process thatโ€™s had a lot of success in primary care to tackle #COVID__19

I am with you Anna Colclough on this. Immediacy of information, greater sensitivity compared with CXR, can minimise use of other diagnostics, reduce patient movement between departments. Best of all- you can do this anywhere as we did this week- homes & care homes OUH

Was great to speak to Reading & Newbury VTS Trainees about the role of #POCUS in Primary Care for COVID-19 with TICC-19. Genuine interest about what the role #POCUS has in future of Primary Care!!

Great zoom teaching session delivered by Shwan Maroof to 70+ GP trainees earlier. Many excited by role of #POCUS in primary care. A real delight to be able to share the story of our collaboration: Hot Hub (Shwan Maroof Bubbu Thava) and TICC-19 Andrew Walden #POCUSvsCOVID

Hospital doctors have established โ€œvirtual wardsโ€ to avoid hospitals being overwhelmed, but doctors say that as well as keeping people with covid-19 out of hospital if they do not need to be there, patients are less anxious. Jacqui Thornton finds out more ow.ly/m8uz50zZLuE

1. Great news! The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust "AMU Virtual Ward" is up and running again! (Previously known as the COVID Ambulatory Clinic.) Using the TICC-19 pathway some patients with confirmed or suspected COVID can be safely managed at home with remote monitoring. ticc19.com
