⁦IRONMAN Triathlon⁩ #Switzerland Didn’t have the race I’d hoped for after a puncture on the bike. Still happy with a 5:10 bike split. Ended up overheating on the run as temperatures reached 36 degrees and walked a lot of it.Glad to have finished but disappointed with the result.

90km into 180km of the bike IRONMAN Triathlon #Switzerland on Sunday. Sadly it wasn’t meant to be my day. I’ve decided to give it another crack in 5 weeks time in Tenby. Back where it all started! Time to get my head down for a few weeks to maintain fitness and work on running form.
