100% of my flights out of London Gatwick LGW in the past two weeks have been over 3 hours delayed with absolutely no information or support to passengers… come one all you have to do is send an email explaining whats going on!

This is insane Wizz Air UK London Gatwick LGW 4 hours delayed… no water, no information and then you cancel the flight! What a fucking shit show this airport is.

Ive never experienced such a bad customer service as Wizz Air UK who make it impossible to claim for a cancelled flight. If they gave us any notice we could have cancelled everything on our holiday such as hire cars etc, rebooked flights… but nada. Pls dont book this airline!

And then they charge £1.45 per minute to make a call for a claim, so by the time you get your claim in, youve soent the same amount of money of not more Wizz Air UK can you explain - or are you truly just a mafia run organisation, which explains the share price collapse!

in june Wizz Air UK cancelled our flights after 7 hours delay. We filled out their crazy forms, claimed for a cash refund. 2 weeks later they issued flight credits. So we spent an hour on the phone asking for the cash as requested… 1 month later; nada. Do not use this airline
