BREAKING: The two children (ages 4 and 7) who were killed in Monday’s flash flooding event in Ruidoso, New Mexico, are the children of a Fort Bliss soldier. The soldier and their spouse sustained serious injuries in the floods and are currently being hospitalized. #KTSM9News
