It was so life affirming to run Royal Parks Half At 1:32 I was slower than normal but between injuries and bereavements during training I’m content that I gave it my all on the day. My next race will be a Hyrox in Poland in April. I can’t wait.

I felt shin splints in my leg again on my run this morning. I have just rubbed some denial on where the pain is. Am feeling extremely positive about training again tomorrow.
