During my recent visit to Albuquerque, I saw a simple but powerful effort that embodies the ethos of United Way: Laundry Love, a monthly program run by United Way of NCNM. Access to clean clothes goes beyond hygiene—it's about dignity, confidence, and pride.

Next week, more than 1,000 global United Way leaders will gather in Orlando for our 2025 Together We Thrive Conference. Transformation is our central theme, and we’re curating a powerful program designed to inform and inspire. Stay tuned!

When you look at this photo, you might see the United Way Delaware staff — but I see heroes without capes. Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting Wilmington to connect with this incredible team and learn more about their outstanding work. I'm so grateful for their dedication.

My mom always taught me to dress for success. Here’s to United Way’s next century of service! Our future is so bright — because together, we don’t just shine, we sparkle.✨

I was thrilled to gather United Way’s One Young World Delegates and Ambassadors at our Together We Thrive Conference. Their curiosity, confidence, and commitment are powerful reminders that the future is in the right hands. I can’t wait to reconvene in Munich for #OYW25!

Transformation was the theme of United Way's 2025 #TogetherWeThrive Conference. To ensure our second century of service, we must adapt—together. I'm grateful to global leaders who joined us in Orlando last week to help shape our future.

Honored to meet Lt. Gen. Gwen Bingham today at Council on Foreign Relations’s National Conference. A history-making leader—first woman Quartermaster General, first Black woman to lead the Army Quartermaster School, and a 3-star general. Her legacy reminds us: lift as you climb.

With support from United Way, The Courage Project is awarding $10,000–$50,000 to individuals and nonprofits demonstrating acts of civic bravery. Have someone in mind? Visit thecourageproject.org to share their story, and help their ripple become a wave. #TheCourageProject
