Listening to young people’s voices at #HUKConf22 is educational. Challenges at transition are enormous. Hearing of loneliness, fighting bureaucracy, falling through cracks, perceived limited opportunities. Modern medicine helps people live longer, and society needs to do more.

We’re really proud to have helped give Sophie and Aiden the chance to speak at the Hospice UK conference today. They will soon be transitioning out of our care and into adult services, and traveled up to Glasgow to share their experiences and views of transition. #HUKConf22
