Last week I joined colleagues and friends in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Halifax Chamber. And to top it off - the event was in support of the Black Cultural Centre for Nova Scotia. Congratulations to the Chamber and keynote Wes Hall on a great event.

September 30 for me, is a call to remember the thousands of Indigenous children who were taken by force from their families, denied their culture, and subjected to unimaginable suffering. Truth and Reconciliation is not a single day of reflection, but an ongoing journey 🧡
