Almost every doctor now enters the room wearing their invisible drug seeker glasses. The glasses don't work of course, but providers now wear them, nonetheless. The penalty of not wearing them includes possible jail time and/or losing their ability to prescribe. #PainCareCrisis

No need to test, just listen and trust the patients. Help the problem patients, the very few that addiction becomes a problem. Do not punish the innocent. Society is brainwashed into thinking anyone that receives proper pain care becomes an addict. Not true. It's the opposite.

First, medications are not awarded Nobel Prizes. Second, the chemist and parasitologist who won the Nobel Prize for the related compound avermectin did so because it was an effective way to kill parasites in the worldโ€™s poorest regions. Ivermectin does not treat Covid or cancer.

Peter Pischke-Friendly Neighborhood Journo Im unfamilar with this situation, tweet convo exchanges. I will say this, even within the chronic pain community , sadly there is discrimination. BUT, there are also " advocate" groups that try to destoy who they cant control. Cut both loose. Lot of good people here. Find them.
