Putting on final touches to my talk for this amazing meeting #BestPracticeInNAMs2025 . Can't wait to highlight our research into animal-free in vitro models in brain tumour research presenting work funded by the IBIN and 3DBioNet networks, Replacing Animal Research and Kat Hermann.

Today I was discussing immune responses to pathogens with my Masters students and the way these pathogens circumvent our defences. We also did some drawing.

We describe the role for two members of the ARHGAP in highly aggressive brain tumours. ARHGAP12 and ARHGAP29 exert distinct regulatory effects on switching between two cell morphological states through GSK-3 activity: Cell Reports
