I’m trying to find my Mum’s younger sister, Patricia Anne Holley born 1941. We traced her brother, but he’d died, sadly. She went to a home for the blind in the Dorking area but the blind soc. had no records. Any shares appreciated. Mum 90 would love to #connect #family #help

Things I didn't know about Dundee before I moved. It is in the middle of the largest soft fruit growing area in the UK. By the end of this summer, I will be 90% strawberry.

Do you remember watching Play for Today when it was on TV in the 1970s or 1980s? If so, please get in touch (see email address in image) I'm *especially* wanting to hear from any viewers who lived in Northern Ireland, Northern England, the Midlands, or saw it outside the UK!

One of the loveliest people I ever knew, Philip, had spent time living in Italy. He was always horrified when I ordered a latte after 11am, but it was a mark of his loveliness that he would always insist on buying it for me.

And not for the first time have I looked at the price of a virtual conference, spat my tea out and gone 'How much!!!'.

Next time you're in Berlin, why not swing.... on the highest swing in Europe! Thrill-seekers can now soar 120m above the capital's famous Alexanderplatz and get a unique view of the Berlin skyline from a swing situated on the roof of a hotel.

Struggling to identify this moth visitor to our house ... no yellow, so not a magpie moth; too much black for a white ermine ... Any suggestions?

Today is the Dundee Kiltwalk, which explains why there are a lot of people going past my flat on the Fife coastal wearing kilts.

I understand why people are stopping using this site. But a real problem is that it's becoming obsolete. The pushing of verified accounts, failure to deal with bots/fake news etc means it's just not as useful as it was. ā˜¹ļø
