And imagine if every AHP team had as part of its structure - team members who were students? Named educators but a shared and structured supervision model. Let’s get students embedded in our teams as normal practise.

Putting it out there. I bloody love being a clinical educator and supporting students! Makes me think about how and why I’m doing what I’m doing. Verbalising it helps me learn and it’s great to pass on something valuable to the future of our profession. #thefuture
