The hospital has been on a standstill today, and will be for the next 2 days. Our junior doctors make up 45% of medical staff in the nhs and are very undervalued, whether fresh out of medical school or nearly a consultant, pay them more than someone who makes a coffee please!

I left my role as theatre practitioner within neo theatres at Nottingham University Hospitals this week after 9 years, such a fabulous team whom I will cherish, but I move on to work with Circle Health Group permanently with hope to progress my career! Onwards and upwards 👆
