I've been a whistleblower several times during my career. It's been hard. FTSU processes often aren't effective. Orgs often put more effort into working out who's spoken out than into dealing with issues raised.

If someone has agreed breaks as a reasonable adjustment, don't question what they do on them (unless it's something dangerous or illegal like alcohol or recreational drug use, obviously)
