Watching G.C.S.E. Results got me thinking. 30 years ago today, I failed every exam. Was told I would never achieve anything. I worked hard, did my dream job, but more importantly 10 years after retirement, I’m happy. Not rich, not famous, just happy. Today doesn’t define you.

It's fair to say we were excited for our fist trip in ages this week! Y8 had a phenomenal time at Shakespeare’s Globe for a backstage tour and performance of A Midsummer Night's Dream.

Staff voted for their favourite Christmas card design from a very impressive standard of entries. Jack's design was awarded first place and was made into cards which are available from school reception. Erirn and Aiden were runners up..Well done for their artistic efforts.
