“The scariest thing is always going to be the first step. You deserve to live a life of happiness and seeking help will always help you do that. The idea of living with an eating disorder for any longer than you have to is a much scarier thought.” #EatingDisordersAwarenessWeek

NHS staff survey results... We’re delighted to still be the best NHS mental health & learning disability trust to work for in the North West. We’re also best for compassionate and inclusive, recognised and rewarded, a voice that counts, always learning, & working flexibly. 1/2

We were best in the country for feeling free to act in your role and use your own initiative, and also feeling able to make suggestions about how to improve things. Our results are above the national average and we’ve improved on all nine themes from the previous year. 2/2
