Justin Hagenman could receive another start, or perhaps a bulk relief appearance, Thursday in Baltimore. He'll remain on the pitching staff for now; whether he starts again depends on if the Mets need him in short relief before then.

The Mets officially signed veteran reliever Zach Pop today. They optioned Austin Warren to Triple-A Syracuse and designated Tyler Zuber for assignment. Pop, a five-year veteran of the Mariners, Blue Jays and Marlins, is available out of the bullpen this afternoon.

Francisco Lindor just stole his 100th base as a Met. He's one of six players with at least 100 homers and 100 steals in their Mets careers. The others: Darryl Strawberry, David Wright, Howard Johnson, Carlos Beltrán and José Reyes.

Career home run No. 245 for Pete Alonso is his first in 58 plate appearances. Alonso is now seven away from catching Darryl Strawberry.

The final line on Frankie Montas: 5.2 IP, 5 H, 4 ER, 0 BB, 2 K The Mets failed to make a couple plays behind him. Though Montas allowed two homers, there's still an easy argument that he pitched better than his line. Either way, Montas has a 6.14 ERA through three starts.
