My first first author publication! Looking at hundreds of ethnographies, we found that parents and offspring often disagree on spouse choice in arranged marriage contexts. ICYMI- My most recent pub finds that parent and offspring preferences for an ideal in-law/spouse are as different as men's and women's preferences, but parent-offspring preferences are more aligned over necessary traits than traits considered "luxuries". sciencedirect.com/science/articl…
