Yesterday, the Grand Chamber of the ECHR CEDH held a hearing in the case of Yasak v. Turkey. In his opening statement, the President of the Court noted that three amicus curiae had been submitted in the case, namely by Prof Ben Saul - UN SR Human Rights & Counterterror, ECBA and FIDU - Federazione Italiana Diritti Umani.


Last week, the ECHR CEDH held a hearing in the case of Yasak v. Turkey. The President of the Court referenced FIDU - Federazione Italiana Diritti Umani’s third-party intervention, alongside those by UN Special Rapporteur Prof Ben Saul - UN SR Human Rights & Counterterror and ECBA. We are proud to be part of this important effort!
