On top of giving birth to the world’s workforce, women are now also part of that workforce. They pay as much tax as we do. Work the same hours and get the same rest days we do. They must be wife, mom and employee. That seems like exploitation to me.

The real solution is to capacitate state functionaries. A sovereign state that needs private entities to function has already surrendered its sovereignty.
