A released Palestinian prisoner says in Arabic that Israel held them in the cold w/o electricity, "sprayed us w/ pepper spray" & "left us to die." She never mentioned Hamas or a word like it. Yet BBC translated to: "No one helped us. Only Hamas cared...We love them very much."




As Israel loses in the court of public opinion, we see desperate attempts to widen the conflict. All with the blessing and material support of the #ButcherBiden, a US President who claims Irish descent. Keep our country out of your mouth, Joe Biden. Your ancestors disown you.

Congrats to group members Aoife Kavanagh and Caroline O Sullivan who were both awarded prizes for their presentations on their research at CDT_ACM summer retreat in Girona last week. 🧪🔬Caroline was awarded best 1st year flash talk and Aoife was awarded best 4th year presentation! 🎉

After increasing certain PhD stipends by less than the recommended amount at last year's budget, Simon Harris TD promised that increases would continue yearly. Will Patrick O'Donovan keep this promise next Tuesday? And will we see supports benefiting ALL postgrad researchers? 🤔
