Thanks to a great team at Cambridge Biochemistry, key collaborator Simon G. for a new endocytosis assay, and further great colleagues: Christen Klinger, Jennifer Hirst, Yolanda Rivera-Cuevas, Nathan Zaccai, Victoria Holzer, Andreas Klingl, Joel Dacks, Vern Carruthers, Margaret Robinson.

We identify 22 Toxoplasma knockouts that significantly perturb host cell transcription, and validate the newly predicted functions of two of these. A new effector, which we call TgSOS1, has a particularly intriguing role in STAT6-mediated host cell reprogramming
