Getting in the festive spirit with ArgylePrimaryKingsCross in Urban Forest School sessions. Talked about evergreen and deciduous trees and how plants like holly and ivy traditionally celebrate this time of year. Children then built fine motor skills as they learnt to weave ivy crowns.

Yr 3 ArgylePrimaryKingsCross completed their 6 week Seed to Supper project. Pupils learnt to pull up weeds from the root, plant bulbs and vegetable seeds.🧅 They can harvest food, chop vegetables, light fires and make butter. They have cared for their garden, its wildlife and themselves
