Contrary to what was printed in Matlock Mercury recently, we are still looking for a venue unless we say otherwise. Nothing has been decided yet.

Happy New Year! I'm pleased to say that we are able to continue meeting at Cromford Mill on the 3rd Sunday of each month, through 2016.

All meetings should be held in the wharf, excepting August, which will be in the marquee in the mill yard.

As we have several extra expenses this year, we have had to increase the charge to £3 per meeting. I hope this won't put anyone off coming.

Looking forward to seeing everyone on the 17th January!

Good news!! We are very pleased to announce that Cromford Mill will let us continue meeting on the mill site throughout the whole of 2017.

Next meeting, 21st August, in a marquee in the mill yard alongside Derbyshire Woodcrafts, please come along and see us if you're nearby!

Some of the group will once again be spinning at @PeakVillage1's Makers Market this Sunday. It looks like we will get some sunshine too!

Also we're very excited that Low Lands Legacy will be attending the event with their woolly goodies!

Had a meeting yesterday with the new Events Officer @ Cromford Mills, told that we're welcome to carry on meeting at the mill, indefinitely!
