1st place Garden City Bearkat Shootout with a 70. Course was in great condition. First high school golf tournament of sophomore season. #newhomegolf Bentwood C.C. Brandon Veld

2nd tournament of Sophomore season, 2nd place individual with a 74(+2), and 1st place team at Palo Duro Creek CC.

3rd Tournament of the year. I placed 2nd individual with a 75(+3) at Rockwind GC. 2nd place team as well.

1st Place individual and 1st place team at the New Home Invitational at Reece GC! I had a new PR in tournament with a 67 (-5) and we broke the school record as a team.

District-1st place team and 2nd place individual with a 76 (+4) at Meadowbrook Golf Course.

Regional Golf tournament, not my best 2 days, shot 77-77 and ended up 9th place individual. We tied for 1st as a team, but lost the team playoff on the second hole.

UIL State Golf tournament sophomore year, I placed 5th individual with a 75-72 and we placed 2nd as a team.

First TJGT of 2024, Abilene Classic @ Diamondback. I put together two rounds of 72-73 and got 3rd place. TJGT

Second TJGT of the year, I tied 5th out of 63 at Bridlewood Golf club shooting 77-72 (+5).

I recently played in the inaugural Red Feather Club Championship. I put together two rounds of 70-76 (+2) and won by 2 strokes in the Championship flight becoming the first Club Champion of Red Feather!!!

What a comeback! 💥 The short-handed New Home Leopards fought hard for an incredible 38-36 comeback win over Idalou! Grayson Evans led the way with a double-double, scoring 16 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. Zack Armes had 14 points, none bigger than his buzzer-beater 3-pointer

WOW! WOW WOW! At the 2A Boys Golf State Championship, New Home’s Zack Armes had an albatross! He’s in 3rd two shots back! An albatross is a double eagle that is a score of three strokes under par on a single hole odds of an amateur getting an albatross: 6 million to 1! Wow!
