It's been really lovely seeing children and adults playing on Town Street's Armley Moor this week. There's still time to join in today until 3pm and Friday 1-5pm. Lots of smiles, lots of communication, lots of creativity happening. Love this diverse community!

Armley Festival is tomorrow. Bring everyone; the young, the young at heart, the giddy kippers and the silly sausages. Live music, creative workshops, play for all ages, food, market stalls and Armley Olympics - 12-6pm on Armley Moor.

Our first customer today was a little girl who immediately took off her coat, hat and wellies, and settled in to play. She was like - I'm here, I'm staying, now bring me ALL the toys. We decided that was equivalent to a 5 star review.

We're on a mission to increase the surplus food we collect & divert to Armley, to increase food security this winter. We need drivers passing through Birstall Sundays 5.30pm, Burley Sundays before 1pm, Leeds Central Tues 8-9pm, Holt Park Thurs 2-7pm, Headingley Tues 3-5pm....

This Sunday 3 November we're joining the Play Street movement, closing off the street, and playing. Can't wait.

We made a Christmas Tree wishlist for Yum. These are the essentials we need in the pantry all the time. I'm already regretting the lack of toilet roll symmetry on the left hand side.... If you'd like to donate some food, or set up a £5 direct debit, it all really helps.
