Cast-Iron Cook-Off! Lamb Haneeth. A fabulous Yemeni dish - slow-cooked lamb shanks marinated in eastern spices, served on a bed of wild rice with toasted nuts and flat-leaf parsley....with a side of sweet red pepper sauce and some fresh salad leaves. Very tasty!
