Folks after a slow start to spring/summer listings in my typically low turnover neighborhood, have seen a flood of detached listings in last wk $1.8-$2.3M If rates back up in near term, detached market just might get uber ugly. My market currently lowest avg. # of days on mkt.

Plenty on X on my timeline lamenting the rise of socialism, especially in under 30 crowd. As long as avg price of home is 8-10 avg income as it is in many major markets, folks losing faith and hope in a system that has failed them, will seek alternatives.
