love this, pattern i keep seeing, companies compress tat in existing markets; that’s the real industry destruction. you don’t change the job-to-be-done, you delete the delay. eg : zomato menu→delivery, chatgpt question→answer, uber wait→ride, upi intent→pay, bms plan→ticket.

seriously the end goal is just to be able to do things for the love of the game. to explore interests that I just deeply care about and don’t care about getting paid for it.

One benefit of spending time with people much more successful than yourself is that you realize they’re no different than you.

You will rarely meet successful people that are not insightful, insight is the smallest unit of truth that is actionable and therefore people who operate in the currency of insights tend to be generally more successful!

You think you need confidence to start. But confidence is just your brain trusting your history. If your history is full of “I’ll do it tomorrow,” your confidence will always feel fake. Fix the pattern, not the emotion.
