In 2008 to 2012 karnataka government gave permission to ksou open study centre out side state and lakhs of students enrolled and get degree ksou and karnataka government make money now ugc and mhrd said that degrees are invalid whose government was there between 2008 to 2012?

Ugc always said that state government university violate ugc norms and regulation. Which regulation is said by ugc?1985 ugc regulation?where ugc asked university to open study centre out side state 2003 regulation which was for state private university or 2017ugc regulation?

Please file a rti to ugc and said that i am completed my degree in 2012 nov from ksou through out of state study centre of ksou and i received all my marksheet and degree certificate so is my degree is valid? Ugc reply you that as a state university it can't operate beyond state

Not only beyond even before 2012 who get degree certificate also not valid still sc judgement will come who admitted through out of state study centre ksou said that mean all degrees may invalid from 2005...it is a plan of ugc and mhrd

In this portal a big problem arising which is,teachers having same pay scale same subject same academic role in school but for section division they can't apply for mutual transfer,if this rule carry out in next district transfer or general transfer all pg teacher will deprived

It is very unfortunate to see the KSOU also not interested to resolve Degree issues as they only had to get its recognition back for running it's business.
