I'd love to be a teacher, even worked as a tutor with underprivileged youth all through HS & college. But the pay, working conditions, & parents I see teachers dealing with, I like being happy & able to afford to live. These are the people we trust to educate the next gen.

I teach adults about tech. Seniors learn online safety and everyone else crypto. They're all voluntarily present. But regular teachers? Superheroes teaching kids who may not want to be there, who may have shown up in spite of home chaos, etc. A good teacher makes a difference.
