Don't know if there is any more evidence of the upside down & morally corrupt world we live in than the fact that the people & nation who have survived the most attempted genocides in the history of man now stands in the dock because it is trying to survive the latest attempt.

The South Africa legal team incredulously argued that the Erez Crossing was closed at the beginning of the war without mentioning this is a result of Hamas' massacre of all the people manning it, including my nephew Roey Weiser z"l, on October 7th.

South Africa brought a narrative and propaganda, while Israel brought facts and precedent. Anything short of throwing out this case would be a travesty of international justice and make international humanitarian law irrelevant.
