We’re aware some customers are having Debit Card issues. Apologies for this inconvenience. This is due to an issue experienced by a 3rd-party (TSYS) which they’re investigating and working to resolve. PTSB ATM Withdrawals are still working. Further updates will be provided.

Customers, we have had confirmation from TSYS that their issue reported yesterday is now resolved, and Visa Debit cards are working normally again. We apologise again for any inconvenience caused.
