I was inspired to cook Aloo Gobi Matar by Asma Khan It was a change from my usual Punjabi style cooking, in which I use chilli powder. This was a completely fresh take for me. Overall, Mr T and I were very impressed and agreed we'd eat this delicious vegetable curry again.
