Thanks to the generous support of The Leakey Foundation, PAST AFRICA, and U.S. National Science Foundation, we have 18 incredible students lined up for the 2024 field season at Boomplaas Cave. Ready for a season of exploration, discovery, and unforgettable experiences starting May 12th.




As we almost wrap up #SASQUAXXIV, our delegates got the #opportunity to explore the live excavation at #Boomplaas Cave. We thank Hayley Cawthra for giving insights about the geology and Justin Pargeter for allowing delegates into the cave and for an awesome presentation 👏

The DiverseK working group of PAGES Early-Career Network is hosting the second phase of the "Synergy between palaeo-scientists and stakeholders for biodiversity conversation in Madagascar and its surrounding island" workshop. This will be #hybrid with the onsite being held in #Madagascar
