Today's the day! Astley Training Band and Astley Youth Band are off to the National Youth Brass Band Championships at Stockport Grammar School. Both bands have worked incredibly hard over the past few months preparing for today and we are SO proud of each and every member. 🎵🎺

It was really nice to welcome a quartet from the Royal Northern College of Music to our rehearsal last Thursday! We love our partnership and how these students can inspire/support our members. 🎶🎺

We can't wait to get started for the new school year! New members are always welcome. We have an exciting year ahead of events and a 30th anniversary tour to the Isle of Man planned. AUC & AUB start back on Monday 11th September. ATB & AYB start back on Thursday 14th September.

We had such a great day yesterday Royal Northern College of Music alongside mybb, SSBB and @LancsMusic. Working with tutors from the RNCM and Brass Bands England.

Come and join our band!!! Training Band is open to young people just starting out on their musical journey and Youth Band is for grade 3+ standard. We rehearse at Astley Christian Fellowship every Thursday evening and can provide an instrument free of charge. 🎵🎺🎶 #AYBfamily
