I thoroughly enjoyed this interview with BBC Oxfordshire. What made this interview different was the fact that you can hear an audio clip of BBC producer Cristina Parry wandering around a few Oxford charity shops in search of some of my secretly donated artworks. soundcloud.com/user-259114731

Well done the BBC Radio 1 for not being bullied by online trolls, the Mail+ or GB News into playing "Freezing This Christmas". The BBC will play this song of its own volition, should it deem it necessary. It's a worthy song, but it's been hijacked by the anti-Starmer crowd.

I'm so pleased you received my picture, Cristina Parry. And you've picked a very good spot to hang it in (by the way, I love the deep yellow/orange wall colour!).

Today, I read a really positive message from a woman who bought my book and who said her kids were so inspired by it that they went out to visit the Modern Art in Oxford, only to discover my plaster of Paris light switch, which they then re-imagined. Priceless! Modern Art Oxford

Today is the last chance to fill in your views as a UK creative. Enter ‘UK Government AI consultation’ into a search engine and you’ll find your way to the questionnaire. The AOI have great free info about filling it in on their website, as do other creative bodies and orgs.

I'm starting to suffer from neck strain, because every time I hear Trump speak, I find myself shaking my head in disbelief at the ridiculous string of words that continually tumble out of his mouth.

"Plastic Daisy" (It's all a matter of perspective). Used milk containers in my room in Portishead, Somerset, May 2024. I do this sort of thing to keep my eye in, so to speak.

East Sussex, a quick piece, as I'm on holiday and don't have my usual creative 'tools' with me. Your hard work has paid off. Well done. For Women Scotland

I find these type of marking on the pavements fascinating. They look like a type of secret language/cryptic message making.

Most weekends now, you'll find me beavering away in my shed, working towards my exhibition next year. This weekend, it's been plaster of Paris, a large-scale acrylic painting and fuzzy felt. All I can say is expect the unexpected next year, with my goal to create an equal balance

I see the mystery Patchwork act for this year's Glastonbury Festival has registered their name on X. Patchwork Some people think it's going to be Pulp. I'd love it if it was somebody cheesy such as Black Lace. Anybody except that ITV soap opera known as Oasis

I painted this image of Donald Trump yesterday in between working on other artworks for my exhibition at Cornerstone Arts Centre, Didcot, next year. Not sure I'll exhibit this painting, though. #TrumpPortrait OxTweets National Portrait Gallery
