Bridget Kahele went from AIC to Life and was a was a 3X first-team All-American. She has coached at Life and now Brown while playing for Atlanta then Beantown in the WPL. Her Premier Rugby 7s side is The Experts. #rugby #growthegame

Carly Waters went from Downingtown to Penn State where she was a 3X National Champion and made her USA debut in 2018 vs New Zealand. In WPL she was a 2019 Champ with Glendale and also played with NY and Gray Wolves prior to signing with the Saracens.

Eti Haungatau played for the Sac Pal Amazons then in 2019 became the youngest ever women's Eagle at 18 years old. She competed on the international 7s circuit in 2019-2020 before enrolling at Lindenwood where she is a 2X National Champ in 7s and 15s. #rugby #growthegame

Joanna Kitlinski was All-America at GVSU from 2010-2011 then joined the WPL with Glendale and won 3 titles and MVP in 2015. 2015 was the year she debuted for USA against Canada. She's gone on to play for the Gray Wolves and in Premier 15s for Exeter and Sale.

Kate Zackary started with Benedictine Saints and went on to rep USA with 4th place finishes in 7s and 15s World Cups. Kate previously played club rugby for the San Diego Surfers and currently plays in Allianz Premier 15s for Exeter. #rugby #growthegame

Since today is #NationalCoachesDay here's Jamie Burke! The most capped Women's Eagle began at UVA, made her Eagles debut in 2004, and captained USA at the 2010 World Cup. She has coached WPL and traveled for USAR as coach educator and the USA WNT Coach development pathway.

Kate Daley played at Penn HS, Penn State, Chicago North Shore, Happy Valley, Old Blue, and New York. She is head coach for Penn State Women, and Assistant for USA. She has also worked as Rugby PA High Performance Director and with Experts in PR7s. #NationalCoachesDay

Megan Foster started playing rugby at Chico State and made her USA 15s debut in 2016 with her 7s debut in 2017. She has played club rugby for San Diego and Life West and for the Loggerheads in Premier Sevens. She is currently playing Allianz Premier 15s for Exeter.

Tess went from Morris to Penn State. She captained the US at the 2014 youth Olympics and made her Eagles debut in 2016. She's also played for New York, Railway Union in Ireland, and currently plays for London Wasps in Allianz Pro 15s. #rugby #growthegame

An unfortunate injury prevented Saher Hamdan from playing in the World Cup but she is a non-traveling reserve and recently returned to play for Life. Keep an eye on as Saher as she's a tremendous athlete with an incredibly bright future! #rugby #growthegame

Ellie Kildunne made her England debut in 2017 and has loads of high level experience in 7s and 15s. She's an exciting player who seems to always find herself in the try zone. Something we look forward to seeing a lot of in this tournament! #rugby #growthegame
