Good first practice of the year yesterday with (most) of my OK Athletics National 16u Madden/Brown girls!! Randy Moss (with the Patriots..dad helped with that one..) days till our first tournament of the year.

Wednesday night hitting and fielding work. Switched it up this time and took video of some of the fielding reps.

My OK Athletics National 16u Madden/Brown girls had a good Fall (#5)…but we can be better. Looking forward to getting after it soon!

Fun few days ahead. Nice win in the opening game of basketball Regionals last night (see below video for a few personal highlights). We have another Regional game tomorrow and then Sunday I get my travel softball season kicked off with a few scrimmages!!

Traded in the basketball sneakers for some cleats today and got a few games in with my OK Athletics National 16u Madden/Brown ladies in the CFL scrimmages. Team went 2-0 on the day and I went 4-5 with a double. Basketball sneakers go back on Thursday for our Area showdown with Edmond Memorial!!

Got some Friday night fielding and hitting work in. Along with the closed off tee work, farm board swings and regular flips shown below we also did regular tee work and bottom hand work on flips.
