EPS isn't the problem, the problem is; 1. Hefty Fines 2. Revenue Sharing syndicate 3. Punishing Car owners instead of Drivers 4. Unrealistic Speed Limits 5. Poor Roads and Road signages Etc! If the above issues are addressed, EPS perse wouldn't be a bad innovation.
