Our President, John Emmanuel had audiece with the Transport Secretry for Abuja, on varying issues for cycling development in Nigeria's capital city. There was strong conversation on the #BICI program by Global Designing Cities Initiative funded by Bloomberg Cities as the city prepares to apply.
