A fabulous closing ceremony today for our Spring 2025 Saturday Academy of Law. Congratulations to the 100 9th graders from Anaheim and Santa Ana School Districts that completed the program. Many thanks Mei Tsang (Orange County Bar Association - California), who gave an inspiring keynote address.

This morning, Prof. KS Park (Korea University) presented Prof. David Kaye (UCI Law) with an Appreciation Award for his work in South Korea as the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the promotion and protection of the right to freedom of opinion and expression.

"Pollution Magnets," organized by UC Irvine School of Law's environmental law center, Sierra Club, and Earthjustice, brought together environmental justice leaders, air district officials, and logistics experts to address an age-old policy problem and advance environmental justice.
