The good news: we rapidly transformed our built environment with less wealth and less technology—but a bad vision. But this means we can do it again, with the lessons we’ve learned. The most valuable lessons in life are learning what NOT to do. Let’s get it right this time.

Technically residential…but functionally a sports bar. Built for hosting gatherings and events. All this steel cabinetry and ceiling was pretty detailed. Turned out very cool!
