The fact is that one pled guilty and had no jury. The other pled not guilty and went before a jury of his peers That is not two tier justice. Is Goodwin therefore suggesting the jury was nobbled or is he just stirring up anger in any way he can - as usual?

The most on point post about this. I said on Tuesday he would be found not guilty and that all the usual suspects would start calling for a reduction in jury trials as a result. It's been on the agenda for ages and is something that should be resisted at all costs
