Part 1 of Blakeney day - mudflats and surprisingly warm water! ALL of yr5 have faced their fears and made their way across the mud marshes to the glorious Blakeney point. We’re on our way now along the beach.

Yr 5 had the best day at Blakeney point, exploring different habitats, creatures and plants. They all enjoyed a breezy and refreshing seal boat trip! The day was finished off with a game of bowls with some pocket money spending! ☺️#alymerton2023 #proudtobethythorn

It's been a cracking day so far for Upper 2. We've learnt lots about coastal formations, seen a happy family of seals, and treated our feet to the North Norfolk mud. Fish and Chips for dinner, before tonight's disco! 🥳#MrWistowDisco

Walking from West Runton to Cromer. Belemnite found, rock pools explored and Jakob found a rock with a beard!

Our first group of Y5s are having a brilliant time at Aylmerton Outdoor Ed They've had a busy day building dens, taking part in assault courses and navigated a spider's web. A night walk included listening to tales inside Felbrigg Church.

All hands on deck! Y5 enjoying a boat trip on the Broads.

Y5s visit the beaches at Sea Palling and Happisburgh to learn about coastal erosion and sea defences.

Y5 taking on some of the challenges Aylmerton Outdoor Ed including the tarpaulin challenge, the Spider's Web and crossing the acid river. All successfully achieved with some great teamwork.
