An interesting couple of days at The Labour Party Ireland annual conference. Much talk about improving health and social care for communities, including people with mental ill health. Very pleased to hear Wes Streeting talk about men's mental health and ethnic health inequalities.

Attending BABCP training on Positive Behaviour Support presented by Peter Baker and Nick Gore. An emphasis on wider systems that impact on people presenting with distressed/ challenging behaviours. PBS plans are bespoke. Better outcomes in specialist services.
