On Friday, Barrow AFC and the Barrow AFC Foundation paid a visit to Furness General Hospital to spread some Christmas cheer and hand out a few gifts to the little ones. 🎁 #WeAreBarrow

Last week the Barrow AFC players and Foundation visited Furness General Hospital Children’s Ward and A&E to meet patients, staff, and hand out gifts with the hope of spreading joy during this festive period. #WeAreBarrow EFL in the Community PFA

On Friday, we visited Furness Cavaliers Under 9s' training session with Emile Acquah, Junior Tiensia, and Neo Eccleston. ⚽️ The lads got stuck in with the session as they gave the kids some tips on their technique, while they also stayed for a Q&A at the end. 🏃‍♂️ #WeAreBarrow
