The Government has made 2 key changes to the Illegal Migration Act so asylum claims can be processed. Gone are the retrospective application of the duty to remove (was post 20 July 2023 arrivals) & the ban on granting leave (post 7 March 2023 arrivals) legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2024/815/…
