Also, not gonna lie, but I didn't think Notre Dame would draw Houston. Kind of not glad that that's happening right now.

Before anything tips off, one last thing: Nobody deserves to leave their home and not return back to their families. Doesn't matter the context. Violence is never an answer. Gun violence, especially, needs to end.

For those two Guardsmen, they died in service to their country, and that makes me even more thankful for groups of people who keep watch over all of us.

Expect BC to open its defense in a man-to-man. This will help the Eagles explore the switch options against an offense that's slower paced and capable of drawing contact by drawing in defenses.

Boom, there's an offensive switch to start. Hastings stays low, Shaw comes to the mid-post, the defenders collapse, and it opens the option for Payne to shoot. If the defender stays low, the pass goes inside to Shaw for a dribble and attack on the rim or a third kickout.

Another one. Forte, that time, dribbles to his left with two options to move it underneath off the screen. Payne opens on the perimeter because the passing lanes were taken away on the left hand.

I'll slow down on all of these, but rewind some of these plays and watch for the passes that aren't made. Look for black jerseys in the vicinity and understand where eyeballs and strong dominant hands move before the pass is made.

That one little hesitation from No. 13 was a killer. He stopped to look to his right, and it opened Shaw, which opened the pass. Again... options.

A good half of basketball. Harvard made the most of its opportunities but BC is playing significantly better. Need to box out and crash the offensive glass a bit better for second chances, but two fouls in one half is way better than the foul fest against Tulane.

Officially old: We’re officially the target audience for the parade when busta rhymes is singing break ya neck with the ninja turtles and lil Jon is turning down for what with toys r us

Oh come on, who else essentially presents a Red on Roundball explanation of the amoeba and how the 3-2 zone helps extend a defense beyond the mid-high post position. I feel targeted.
