Police in Kamloops have released a picture of a man believed to be a suspect involving an online fraud scam. On August 22, 2025, someone unknowingly provided personal details to a fake banking webpage. They clicked on a link while trying to sell an item in an online market.

Later, the victim received a fake call claiming their banking information had been compromised. They were told to place their bank cards in an envelope and leave them in their mailbox for pick-up. Contact Kamloops RCMP if you recognize this man.
